Die KünstlerIn Betty Stürmer stellt Ihr im April 2018 erschienenes, autobio-grahpisches Buch "Szenegirl" vor. 54 Seiten Text, den sie bereits 2014 verfasst hat und 9 Seiten Zeichnungen, die sie als Siebdruck umgesetzt hat. Zu hören sind Texte aus ihrer Sturm- und Drang Zeit im Berlin der 80'iger und 90'iger Jahre, wo sie als Szenegirl durch die Kneipen zog, in Kreuzberg im besetzen Haus wohnte und sich als KünstlerIn fand, um dann im Fischbüro als FischAgentin zu landen, Paris und Lima unsicher zu machen und schließlich als ClubartkünstlerIn reussiert. Bei Stürmer ist es nicht nur Westberlin das sie beschreibt, sondern sie hat auch in ihren Texten Ostberlin, Paris, Lima, Barcelona, Frankfurt a. Main und Nürnberg der 80'iger und 90'iger ein Denkmal gesetzt. Orte von wo aus u.a. Gedanken zum Verhältnis von Kunst und Demokratie, Klassenzugehörigkeit und der Bezug zur Clubkultur verhandelt werden.

The artist and DJ Betty Stürmer aka Betty Party presents her just released autobio-graphic book "Szenegirl". 54 pages, written 2014 and 9 pages drawings, realized as silkcreens. She will read textes about her "storm and urge time" in the 80'ies and 90'ies of Berlin, where she moved around in bars, living in a squad in Berlin-Kreuzberg, finding herself as an artist, landing for an activ fishagent time at Fischbüro, having stays abroad in Lima and Paris and finally strongly mixing in the Clubartmovement in the years of Berlin 90'ies after the wall came down. Stürmer is not only writing about Westberlin, in her autobiographic novels, she sets also monuments to Eastberlin, Paris, Lima, Barecelona, Frankfurt a. Main and Nürnberg, locations from where she developes arguments over art and democracy, class affiliation and its relation to clubart.
